

A weekly group focusing on ball handling, shooting and decision making for a successful jr. high or freshman guard. We will split into age/skill appropriate groups when neccessary. Performance basketball fitness is also a part of this group.

Combination of basketball skills training, age-appropriate strength/agilty and jump training AND live 3 on 3 competitive play! Depending on our numbers we may also do some 1v1 and 2v2 live play. Players can come with a team of up to 4 (1 sub). We also will have a “free agent pool” for any players looking for teammates. All sessions are 90 minutes long. We will have a champion at the end of the final week! |

This program emcopasses skillwork, performance fitness, and live action playing. The live action portion will be a combination of 1 v. 1, 2, v. 2, and 3 v. 3. Each week a the skill work will build on each other and there will be a different live action component. This program is a great way to work on fundamentals and have live play with great coaching.

10-15 minute instructional piece each week before games. These will include basic skills and rules.
Two 16-20 minute games. After the first game, winner of game 1 will
play the winner of game 2. With the loser of game 1 vs the loser of
game 2.
We will recognize “team of the day” (winner of both games), hard
worker of the day, and the best teammate award.
Teams will switch from week to week. Players can request one
teammate to play with throughout the 6 weeks. This way all players
will have an opportunity to play with different teammates each
week
HoopsStrength Floor Coaches. Our staff will instruct/coach/referee
each week. This always us to build relationships with the kids and
help each player improve and have fun.Registration is capped for
both boys and girls leagues to ensure quality.
