Boys Modified/Freshman- 3v3 / 2v2 Small Sided Game Play + Training
Mar 2, 2026 - Mar 30, 2026
Small-Sided Gameplay

In a typical basketball program, your child might touch the ball a handful of times per session. In ours, they can't hide — and they won't want to.

Small-Sided Gameplay uses 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3 formats by design. Fewer players on the court means every child is forced to dribble, pass, shoot, and make decisions —constantly. There's no standing on the perimeter waiting for a turn.

The result:
- More reps. Your child handles the ball 3-5x more than in a traditional 5-on-5 setting.
- Faster decision-making. With less space and fewer teammates, they learn to read the game in real time.
- Real confidence. Not the kind that comes from a participation trophy — the kind that comes from making a move and seeing it work.

This is how elite development programs around the world build skilled players early. We bring that same approach to young athletes in a high-energy, coach-guided environment where every kid is involved every minute

Spring Sports Strength & Speed — 7th–12th Grade (Coed)
Mar 3, 2026 - Mar 31, 2026
Your kid’s winter season just ended. Spring tryouts are around the corner — lacrosse, baseball, softball, soccer, track, tennis, golf. The question isn’t whether they’ll make the team. It’s whether they’ll show up with an edge or show up the same as last year.

Spring Sports Strength & Speed is a 5-week athletic performance program built for multi-sport athletes. This isn’t a basketball program — it’s sport-neutral training that makes every athlete faster, stronger, and more explosive regardless of what they play in the spring.

What your athlete gets:

• Baseline testing in Week 1 and re-testing in Week 5 — timed sled pushes, timed hurdle progression, vertical jump, and age-appropriate strength assessment. They walk out with a printed performance card showing exactly how much they improved.

• Progressive weekly training: linear speed → lateral agility → power and explosiveness → full integration. Every week builds on the last.

• Rotational power development — the engine behind every throw, every swing, every shot. A baseball swing and a lacrosse shot use the same kinetic chain. We train it directly.

• Training in a 5,500 sq ft dedicated functional fitness area — sleds, hurdles, vertical jump tester, plyo boxes, med balls, resistance bands, and free weights. Purpose-built for athletic performance, not a converted gym corner.

• Age-appropriate strength programming — bodyweight fundamentals for younger/developing athletes, free weight progressions for advanced and older athletes. Every athlete is met where they are.

• A take-home training plan after Week 5 so they keep building through the summer.

Coached by DeMarre Nelson, certified personal trainer. Program designed and overseen by Matt Jones — St. John Fisher College Hall of Fame, 19+ years coaching experience, certified strength and conditioning trainer.

$145 for all 5 weeks — Tuesdays, 5:00–6:00pm. Starts March 3. Drop-in available at $35/session.

Not sure if it’s the right fit? Sign up, bring your athlete to Week 1. If it’s not what they expected, full refund — no questions asked.

ALL GIRLS 3RD/4TH GRADE Just Play MARCH League + TRAINING! (5 Weeks)
Mar 3, 2026 - Mar 31, 2026

ALL GIRLS 3RD/4TH GRADE – March Just Play League + Training (5 Weeks)

If your daughter enjoys basketball but barely touches the ball in games… or hesitates when it swings her way… that’s not a confidence problem.

It’s a reps problem.

This 5-week all-girls March league is built to solve it. Each 90-minute session starts with structured skills training, then flows directly into two full 20-minute games — so she doesn’t just learn something new, she uses it immediately in real full-court play.

With a 10:1 coach-to-player ratio and an equal playing time guarantee, no one disappears. Teams shuffle weekly, and coaches rebalance matchups as the league progresses to keep competition even and growth consistent.

What makes this different:

  • 90 minutes of intentional development every session

  • A dedicated skills block before gameplay

  • 40 minutes of live full-court games each week

  • Equal playing time — development isn’t reserved for a few

  • Weekly team reshuffling to prevent “stacked” teams

  • A reversible jersey she keeps

This isn’t one short game where a handful of players dominate while others watch. It’s structured training plus real minutes on the floor in an all-girls environment where she can compete freely.

By Week 5, you’ll see her call for the ball, attack space, and make decisions without looking to the sideline first.

Five weeks. Clear growth. Register now and secure her spot.
