Evaluations are for our staff to attempt to put evenly matched teams together this Spring!

HoopsStrength is excited to get year 4 of our IHDL
underway this Spring! This program will have 80 spots open for both
a 5th/6th and a 7th/8th BOYS league.
While much of Spring travel basketball is scattered
across our region, every component of this league takes place at
the HoopsStrength facility in Henrietta.
What makes this league DIFFERENT?
1: THE TRAINING. Every week each player receives a
90 minute training session (we have added an EXTRA 30 minutes this
year!!).
These are not practices. They are developmental
sessions with our professional trainers. This includes skills,
performance fitness and proper jump training.
2: One team practice per week. This one hour
practice will be with your team/coach. ALL practices are at
HoopsStrength. Since our trainers will be implementing the training
regimen on a separate night, coaches can focus on not only
development, but also their team strategy… without worrying about
lack of skill development time.
3: Two games per weekend- ALL at
HoopsStrength
4: HoopsStrength PERKS. Once the season is over in
June, all IHDL players receive special discounts on group trainings
and camps for the remainder of the summer!
5: Parents love our PARENT PASSES. Each player
receives TWO non-transferable entry passes to each game. One
payment for the league. No crazy admission fees for the
IHDL!!
If you are looking to travel around the region
playing this Spring there are other “AAU” options out there. If you
want to spend your gas money on training and development… the IHDL
is for you!
