The Basic Principles covered in the Principles of Pilates Workshop at Inna Essence incorporate modern theories of exercise science and spinal rehabilitation developed through STOTT PILATES.
These fundamental principles relate to body awareness and proper alignment to ensure safe and effective exercise and will be covered in detail during the workshop.
