The objective of this 2-Hour Intensive is to give participants an opportunity to learn a variety of Animal Flow moves, varying in complexity and difficulty. The Intro Session will focus on learning foundational movements and drilling and refining technique in preparation for the Intensive where we will prepare the performance of a Flow. Advanced flow techniques, including how to utilize tempo changes, energy rolls, energy breaks, energy redirects, and breathing patterns, will be explored through the learning and performance of the Intensive Flow.
