Instructors use various audio and visual elements that are complementary and inter-related so that the same vocabulary or element of grammar is practiced and reinforced in many different ways to create variety, encourage participation and avoid boredom.
Beginner level description: A great course for students who are 5 to 8 years old and have no or little language experience.
Students will begin learning basic vocabulary and simple sentences to express personal information, where they live and people they know. Students will understand familiar words and basic phrases concerning themselves, their family and immediate concrete surroundings when others speak slowly and clearly. Topics include: Greetings, body parts, toys, animals, food, clothing.
Next Level: Beginner 2
9-12 YEARS - ADVANCED 5: The FIFTH part of the five-long course long French Advanced sequence.

Teaching Method: Native-fluency instructors promote the use of French in the classroom by using French activities, grammar drills, visual elements as well as conversation. Instructors use various audio and visual elements that are complementary and inter-related so that the same vocabulary or element of grammar is practiced and reinforced in many different ways to create variety, encourage participation and avoid boredom.
Advanced level description: A great course for students who are 11 to 14 years old and have completed Advanced 4 level or similar. Students will be able to use the language in a more complex way, using the past tense and future tense with ease.
Next Level: Fluency
11-14 YEARS - INTERMEDIATE 1: The FIRST part of the five-long course long French Intermediate sequence.

Instructors use various audio and visual elements that are complementary and inter-related so that the same vocabulary or element of grammar is practiced and reinforced in many different ways to create variety, encourage participation and avoid boredom.
Intermediate level description: Designed for 11 to 14-year-old students who have completed the High Beginner level 5 or equivalent. Our Intermediate French course goes deeper into language proficiency. Students will refine their ability to describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes, ambitions and explain opinions and plans. They will expand their vocabulary to cover broader topics while also focusing on their understanding of nuanced phrases and expressions.
Next Level: Intermediate 2

High Beginner level description: A great course for students who are 11 to 14 years old and have completed Beginner 3 level or similar. Students will begin learning phrases and sentences to describe in simple terms their family and other people, living conditions and their school environment. Students will understand phrases and the highest frequency vocabulary related to areas of most immediate personal relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local area, school). They will catch the main point in short, clear, simple messages and announcements.
