
14-17 YEARS - BEGINNER 1: The FIRST part of the five-long course long Korean Beginner sequence.
Materials are not included in the tuition.
Teaching Method: Native-fluency instructors promote the use of Korean in the classroom by using Korean activities, games, songs, as well as visual elements. Instructors use various audio and visual elements that are complementary and inter-related so that the same vocabulary or element of grammar is practiced and reinforced in many different ways to create variety, encourage participation and avoid boredom.
Beginner 1 level description: A great course for students who are 14-17 years old and have no or little language experience. Throughout this level, you will acquire fundamental language skills and knowledge.
GRAMMAR: Introduction to Hangeoul, consonants and vowels, “Batchim” (Syllable-final consonants).
COMMUNICATION: Introducing oneself in an informal and formal setting, greetings, talk about nationality and occupation, greeting etiquette in Korea.
VOCABULARY: Nationality, occupation.
