Come start your yoga journey in good company with a room full of students looking to build a strong foundation for a yoga practice. We will learn common poses and adaptations you can take in addition to breathing techniques for your practice and beyond. Perfect for those just starting out in their yoga journey as well as those wanting to perfect the basics of their poses with fine attention to alignment details.
Truly the perfect introductory class for anyone nervous about trying hot yoga for their first time. Room will be heated to 85 Degrees using infrared heat.
What could possibly make yoga better? Puppies, obviously.
Join us for a joyful 40–45 minute yoga flow surrounded by the sweetest little puppy energy. As you move through class, these playful babies may wander over for snuggles, zoom past your mat, give a few happy yips, or curl up beside you while you rest. It’s yoga…but with extra serotonin.
*Unlimited members get discount on events.

The Sanskrit word Chakra refers to vortexes of energy throughout the body. There are seven main chakras that align along the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Chakras are not seen by the human eye but can be understood, felt, and sensed with intuition. These swirling wheels of energy correspond to our psychological, emotional, mental and spiritual states of being. Since everything is moving, it is essential that our seven main chakras stay open, aligned, and fluid. During these classes we will cover specific Chakra basics, have a physical practice to flow energy to that specific Chakra and examine different techniques you can use with each chakra.
*Please bring a journal. This is a 90 minute session. Unlimited members receive 20% off events.
Chakras:
– Solar Plexus Chakra (Personal Power, Self-Esteem, Fire Element)
– Sacral Chakra (Emotions, Sexuality, Water Element)
– Root Chakra (Trust, Security, Earth Element)
– Heart Chakra (Compassion, Love, Wind Element)
– Throat Chakra (Speaking Truth, Clear Communication, Ether/Space Element)
– Third Eye Chakra/Crown Chakra (Intuition, Inner Wisdom, Meditation, Spirituality, Connection to ALL that is, Silence)
