Grounding Yin Yoga & Essential Oils

Join Amelia in this 2 hour workshop to take a break, turn inward, and heal the body and mind through a series of grounding yin yoga poses. We will ease into the seasonal transition, grounding the body, and opening our connective tissues. We'll use a different Vata-balancing essential oil for each pose to influence both our physical and emotional bodies and enact positive change. New Year Yin & Yoga Nidra

Our potential is maximized when we feel balanced and at ease in our own skin. So, let’s start the New Year with the understanding that all we need to accomplish this is already within. Join Cameron on New Years Day for a two hour yin yoga practice designed to inspire a soft and spacious body and mind. Cameron will guide you through lots of yin poses to open the heart and mind to create space for new opportunties. We will close the practice with a yoga nidra, preparing us to walk lovingly off of the mat and into all the amazing things 2020 has to offer!
