Friday, January 17 - We will begin the series by focusing on the first three energy centers, which emphasizes stability, creativity and personal power.
Friday, February 14 - In honor of Valentine's Day, this workshop will be dedicated to the fourth energy center, which supports all matters of the heart. It's the source of love and connection.
Saturday, March 14 - The last of the series will emphasize the fifth, sixth and seventh energy centers, which is the source of verbal expression, intuition and spiritual connection.

As the first month of the new year comes to a close join Adelle and take time check in and hold space for ourselves. We will refocus and reenergize from the inside out through chakra clearing, a Vinyasa flow built to create space from the inside out, and a closing meditation to unite our physical and spiritual bodies. We will move our bodies with intention in order to clear blockages and ignite energy from within.
Join Erika Hernandez as she leads you through a guided restorative yoga flow that focuses on breathing, mindful movement, and the balance of energy. There will be sections of focus on pranayama and sitting meditation as well. This workshop will follow the teaching of the Moon Sequence as taught by Matthew Sweeney. Both Erika and her husband Winston have received certification from Matthew Sweeney for teaching this sequence.
