This September marks 6 beautiful years of Morning Light Studio and what a journey it’s been. From our very first class to the vibrant, heart-filled community we are today, this milestone is all thanks to you, our incredible members, students, and friends who’ve shown up, supported us, and grown alongside us.

To celebrate, we’re hosting a special birthday event by the lake, and you’re invited!

What’s Included:

Pilates – Yoga – Yin – Sound

Enjoy a 2-hour movement and mindfulness journey led by our beautiful teaching team, with 30 minutes of each practice:

• Pilates to energise and awaken your body

• Yoga to flow, release and open

• Yin to slow down and soften

• Sound healing to drop into stillness and integration

This class is open to all levels – whether you’re a regular or brand new, we’d love to have you there.

Community Celebration

After class, we’ll gather for some nibbles of course cake, and connection. 

There will be:
Goodie bags for every guest
A major prize drawn on the day
Time to connect with our team and community

This event is free but bookings are essential to help us plan your goodies and treats.
