Virtual Fitness Challenge Virtual

Motives Fitness Challenges will be instructed by Motives trainers Brett Bowser, and Brett Perkins.
 
Our instructors will take you through a live 30 minute workout via zoom Monday - Friday at 10:00 am (MST). Can't make the workout live? Don't worry, a video of each workout will be recorded and you will have a private link to view the video for 24 hours after each class so you can do the workout on your own time!

Equipment Recommended:
Dumbells 1-5 lbs
Dumbbells 8-15 lbs
Medium/Heavy Strength Resistance Band

 

Challenge schedule will be new every month to ensure clients are staying engaged and are progressing!

All participants in the fitness challenge must have a fitness challenge membership. Once you have registered please allow 12 hours to recieve an email with all of your fitness challenge links.

 

Please note your membership will include access to the fitness challenge for one month from the time of your registration only. Please note the ammount of sessions open in the fitness challenge is 283 as this service is ongoing for 12 months.

Baby and Me Fitness

Baby and Me Fitness by Motives is designed to provide parents a space where they can meet other parents who are looking to establish a fitness routine, building a community that can help motivate each other while navigating the early stages of parenthood!

This sessional is suitable for parents with babies from 6 weeks to 1 year old. Babies can be worn in a carrier or can lay on their mat or in their car seat during class. Small class size to help give you the attention you deserve during your class to ensure you are working out in a safe way that is suitable for your strengths and limitations.

Please note this class is catered towards clients wanting to feel their best and get their bodies moving in a safe space, we will not be focusing on body transformations during this class. Equipment will consist of light to medium dumbbells, and resistant bands during this class. Class will be lead by Motives owner and head personal trainer Brett Bowser. Brett has over 5+ years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness coach and is passionate about helping clients feel like their best selfs!
