Strong Like Mom

During this 60 minute full body workout Moms will be getting their sweat and sing on while toddlers are able to join in on the fun or choose to play amongst eachother. Child participation will vary at your discretion. The class will end with stretching and a game or sing along for both you and your little one. Class is recommended for 12months – preschool age.

Fit Babies (5 weeks)

The 90-minute weekly Fit Babies program was created for mothers as a place to safely incorporate physical activity into their lifestyle up to 6weeks - 1 year following childbirth. Together with baby, mom will enjoy a 1-hour exercise class that incorporates cardiovascular and muscular conditioning as well as essential stretches to elminiate tension. Baby acts as resistance for several of the muscular conditioning exercises and will respond with glee as they are lifted and cuddled while mom strengthens key areas. Following the fitness component, participants engage in a half-hour discussion and presentation conducted by the instructor and guest speakers on relevant topics.

Fit Tummies Tuesday (6 Weeks)

Together with baby mommy will enjoy a one hour class that consists of a cardiovascular warm up, 30 minutes full body strength workout focusing on the major muscle groups, and fifteen minutes to work specifically on CORE muscles which includes abdominal, pelvic floor, and low back. The class will end with stretching and exercises for baby. Please bring a yoga matt or blanket, water, and a towel that can wrap around your waist. Each participant will be tested for Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation) and be taught how to help repair their separation if necessary.
