Yoga Nidra then takes this restful state even further to what
is known as Yogic Sleep. It is a meditation and conscious
relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical,
mental and emotional relaxation. It is said that an hour of Yoga
Nidra can be as restorative as up to four hours of regular sleep.

offer refunds. However, if needed, you may transfer your
enrolment to another course date or to another person.
- Final balance is due by the course start date unless a payment plan is in place.
- Your certificate will only be issued once full payment is received.
- To cancel your registration, you must email us to arrange a call with Lainie. Cancellations will not be processed via text or email alone.
- In case of a Pandemic or a positive PCR/RAT COVID test no refund will be given but course is transferable to another person or course date.
Attendance Policy
A minimum of 95% attendance is required for certificate to be awarded
Students who miss more than 95% of the contact hours may request private tuition at their own cost to make up any missed sessions (costs are $85hour)
This course is competency-based, which means there is no pass or fail. Students may submit their final assessment until they are deemed to be competent.
