This series is for graduates of the Yoga for Beginners Level I who wish to continue growing their practice before moving on to a regular class schedule.

In this series, we will focus on a regular class setting and sequencing as well as introducing new poses. The class is slower-paced so the student can feel confident and motivated in transitioning from beginner to seasoned beginner.

IN-STUDIO - This workshop is taking place at 111 Sparkleberry Crossing, Suite 5 in a bigger facility and with more space for social-distancing.
 
 
 
Join Jessica as she leads us through a mindful movement yoga class followed by an inspirational water-color painting class in creating your own Mandala.
 
ALL MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED AND FOR YOU TO TAKE HOME!
 
 
 
What is a Mandala? In Asian traditions, mandalas are an object of meditation to aid in one’s spiritual development. The imagery
 
depicts the universe and the symbols represent one’s spiritual journey, the cycles of birth-life-death, and the inter-connectedness of all living things.
 
 
 
When you create your own mandala, think of it as an echo of your soul. Drawing and coloring a mandala can be a highly enriching personal experience in which you look inside yourself and find the shapes, colors and patterns to represent anything from your current state of mind to your most deeply-desired wish for yourself, for a loved one, or for humanity.

This series is designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga and are eager to learn and experience the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. Each class is broken down into a specific curriculum, gradually guiding the students towards a better understanding of yoga. The classes are smaller so the students are given the attention necessary to grow into their practice, feeling confident to move on to the regular seasoned beginner classes when the series is complete.
