Junior Summer Intensive Ballet Program will help students grow their technique, strength, and artistry, enabling them to leave with the knowledge and skills to reach the next level in their training.

This program offers intensive-style ballet training while also introducing students to other styles of dance. The Junior Intensive will include instruction in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program, used by many professional dancers, that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focusing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in all forms of dance. Dancers begin each day with ballet technique and repertoire and end the day exploring electives that may include modern, jazz, musical theater, acting, and more! This program culminates in an informal performance for friends & family.
