Heads up—literally. If your noggin is spending more time in front of your shoulders than on top of them, it’s time for a reset. Get Your Head Right is your go-to program for reclaiming your alignment, easing neck and shoulder tension, and retraining your body to hold itself with strength, confidence, and grace.

Whether you're a desk dweller, phone scroller, or just feeling the weight of the world on your cervical spine, this program is designed to:

Realign your head over your heart (where it belongs)
Strengthen the deep muscles that support posture
Release chronic tension in the neck, jaw, and upper back
Improve breathing, energy, and confidence—yes, really

Expect simple but powerful exercises, gentle stretches, mindful movement, and just the right amount of “ahhh.” This isn’t about standing like a soldier—it’s about moving like the strong, open, grounded human you were designed to be.

Thnis class included 4 onsite sessions Mondays from 6-7 PM and each week you will recieve additional video exercises. The program includes ongoing access to our online video library.
