targeted active and passive stretch techniques. Engage in a variety
of hip flexibility exercises to improve your range of motion and
enhance your overall mobility. This segment will lay the foundation
for fluid movement, ensuring you're warmed up and ready to explore
more. Next up are the Acro Tricks! We will play with fish flops,
forearm balancing, shoulder stands, split drops, and much
more.
During the next hour, discover how to integrate these acro tricks
into your movement, adding flair and creativity to your routine.
This portion will challenge your body while encouraging playful
exploration on the floor, culminating in a fun and expressive
performance.
Pre-requisite(s): basic shoulder rolls, being able to push up from
the floor, bridge.
Needed: Leggings or sweat pants, knee pads, heels optional.
