Friday Evening 6:30-8:30 PM - Balancing Yang and Yin: Dynamic Hip Openers, Standing Poses and Nidra. After a short introductory lecture on Prana, we’ll dive into a perfectly balanced evening practice of dynamic hip openers and standing poses and conclude with a deeply soothing Yoga Nidra.
Saturday Morning 12:30-3:00 PM – Nourishing backbends to enhance the flow of Prana that governs metabolism, circulation, and our personal evolution.
Saturday Afternoon 4:00-6:30 - Hip openers, forward bends, pranayama and meditation to pacify Vata and enhance the flow of Prana that governs breath, speech, enthusiasm, and our ability to release and let go.
Sunday Morning 12:15-2:45 - Twists and Core! After a brief lecture on Ayurveda and Digestion, our practice will enhance the flow of Prana for healthy Agni (metabolism) and conclude with a delicious Yoga Nidra to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (Rest & Digest).
