This three-hour gathering is guided by Gaynor Hague, who has navigated her own early menopause and understands how overwhelming this phase can feel. Menopause in Motion is returning with the same supportive focus on Yin Yoga, cooling breathwork and honest conversation - now with the addition of a calming infrared sauna session. You’ll explore gentle heat, lymphatic drainage, gua sha and snow therapy to support circulation, ease tension and help you feel grounded, balanced and more connected to your body.

Aerial yoga is a suspension yoga system great for back pain, core strength, functional upper body strength, and balance. Fabulous if you are looking to relieve back pain, relieve stress and improve grip and core strength! It’s the perfect compliment to our mat-based yoga classes and no problem if you are completely new to yoga, it’s a fun and dynamic way to build strength with no yoga experience required.
