PhysioFIT series
A low impact fitness program designed to improve your physical fitness in a safe and structured way. Instructed by a physical therapist, exercises are geared to improve posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. 6 live online classes, unlimted access to the FIT library, and direct access to your teacher are included in this program. Equipment used includes resistance bands, 4-ft foam roller, light weights (2-3 pounds), and yoga blocks (2).
