Hoop combos is for anyone who is in our intermediate or RRebel hoop class!

Must be able to safely and confidently execute the following: Pike Mount, Double Knee Hang, Front Balance, Wine Glass, and Hands Free Back Star.

Please Note: like all of our lyra courses, Aerial Hoops may be shared with another member within the class. Additionally, this class is not included in our membership (Members get a significant discount instead).
