**7-8 week class session**
Led by a certified Yoga Instructor, this class is designed to
help you connect your mind and body for enhanced relaxation. We
live in such a fast world, and many of us live fast lives - let's
take an hour to slow down and be present with ourselves.
You will learn gentle stretches, beginner friendly yoga poses, and
you will learn strategies to connect your mind and body as one,
which will help you slow down and “smell the roses” - figuratively
or literally - you choose!
This fitness & flexibility class is suitable for ALL fitness levels. We will be using a combination of resistance bands and some pole to help you smash those flexibility goals!
Learning to become more strong/flexible isn’t just a great benefit for aerial & pole dancing, it’s also important for your health and well being. You’ll notice right away how stretching improves your progression in pole & many oher aspects of your life. Using exercise bands and the pole, we will be strength training those muscles to improve your range of motion and gain functional strength.
