We were never meant to navigate life alone. Across cultures and generations, women have gathered in circles to share stories, speak truth, listen deeply, and offer one another support and wisdom. These gatherings remind us that connection is not a luxury, but a necessity.
This Women’s Circle is a sacred, supportive space open to all who identify as a woman. Together, we gather in community to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with ourselves and with one another. Each circle is gently guided by a theme or question for inquiry, offering a starting point for reflection, conversation, and shared insight.
Participation is always optional. You are welcome to speak, listen, journal, or simply be present. There is no pressure to share—only an invitation to show up exactly as you are. This is a space grounded in respect, confidentiality, and care.
Whether you are feeling isolated, seeking meaningful connection, moving through a transition, or simply longing for a pause from the demands of daily life, this circle offers a place to land. We will explore how inner rhythms, life seasons, and collective energy shape our experiences, and how gathering together can support clarity, healing, and belonging.
Come as you are. You belong here.
Creating Rhythm, Calm, and Stability During Perimenopause & Menopause
Perimenopause and menopause can bring subtle (and not-so-subtle) shifts—disrupted sleep, fluctuating energy, changes in digestion, and heightened sensitivity in the emotional or nervous system. Ayurveda teaches that during times of transition, the body doesn’t need more effort or fixing. It needs rhythm.
In this workshop, we’ll explore Dinacharya, the Ayurvedic practice of daily routines, through the lens of midlife hormonal change. You’ll learn how gentle, consistent daily rhythms can help calm the nervous system, support more restful sleep, stabilize energy, and create a greater sense of emotional ease.
This is a practical, compassionate workshop focused on:
-
why routine is essential during perimenopause and menopause
-
how daily rhythms support nervous system regulation
-
simple morning and evening practices that are realistic and sustainable
-
how to work with your body’s changing needs without overwhelm or perfection
Dinacharya is not about adding more to your to-do list. It’s about refining how you move through your day so your body feels supported, grounded, and cared for.
This FREE experience is ideal for women navigating perimenopause or menopause, those feeling “out of rhythm,” or anyone curious about Ayurveda as a supportive framework for daily life. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required.
Come as you are and leave with simple tools you can begin using right away.
This four-week Breath + Mindfulness series is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with one of your most powerful and always-available tools: your breath.
Together, we’ll explore simple, accessible pranayama (breathwork) practices paired with mindfulness. Each session is designed to support calm, mental clarity, and steady energy, both on and off the mat. The series builds gradually, with each week gently layering new practices so you can learn, experience, and integrate them with ease.
You’ll discover how different breathing patterns can help you feel more grounded, more energized, or more relaxed, depending on what you need in the moment. We’ll move at a thoughtful, unhurried pace, creating space to notice how your body and mind respond, rather than pushing or striving for a result.
This series is well-suited for anyone seeking greater balance, emotional steadiness, or a deeper sense of presence. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is required, just a willingness to pause and breathe.
Spending time together as a family matters. Amid busy schedules, responsibilities, and endless to-do lists, it can be hard to slow down and truly connect. Family Yoga offers a simple, joyful way to share meaningful time with your child through movement, play, and breathing together.
