Each 45-minute session offers young yogis a playful yet meaningful introduction to yoga. Classes include stretching and strengthening poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and guided relaxation—designed specifically for kids to enjoy!

This isn’t a grown-up yoga class with kid modifications—it’s real yoga made fun and accessible through games, laughter, movement, and connection.
