Seeds of Serenity is a gentle, yet powerful 4-week mindfulness course designed to help you grow steadiness from the inside out. Using the beautiful metaphor of a garden, we’ll move step by step through the foundational practices of mindfulness — preparing the soil, planting the seed, tending the garden, and harvesting the fruits of awareness.
 
 
Each week builds upon the last, offering practical tools you can immediately bring into daily life. Whether you are brand new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice, this course provides accessible guidance, meaningful reflection, and supportive community.
