Pilates is an innovative and super effective system of mind-body exercise. At Studio IPF, it's done on the mat and we use a variety of small equipment. This beginner level class is designed for anyone new to Pilates training.
 
No matter how fit you are, our Pilates core conditioning classes will allow you to move better and be stronger, from the inside out! Based on the foundational principles of Pilates, this class will help you find & learn to engage your deep core muscles, alleviate back pain, improve posture, destress, improve body mechanics & awareness
and get energized! This class finishes with a lovely deep stretch.

IN STUDIO Intermediate Pilates 7 WK Session

This class will be held IN STUDIO where we are following all recommended safety protocol. Please wash or sanitize your hands when you arrive and before you leave. Keep all outdoor shoes out of the studio space. Keep a safe distance from other class participants and your instructor. Please bring your own yoga mat.
 
Previous Pilates experience is recommended for this class that focuses on strengthening the deep core, toning all muscle groups, and lengthening the body.
 
This workout will help you move better, alleviate back pain, improve posture, de-stress and get energized as you improve your mind body connection through movement and breath.
