This 8-week introduction to Pilates will teach the basics of this
amazing form of exercise and how to incorporate awareness of your
deep core & pelvic floor muscles into your daily activities,
movements and workouts.
We'll combine moves from Pilates and basic fitness. You can then apply this knowledge to whatever activities you love to do to move better and feel better!
