IN-STUDIO Mom & Baby Yoga

Explore the beautiful and deep connection that you have with your baby in this safe, socially distanced, supportive and fun 60 minute yoga class with pre and post yoga teacher, Karen Boaz. Play, stretch, strengthen and tone your body and move with your breath. What you learn on your mat will extend into your daily life and allow you to move with intention and awareness.
 
IPF Mom & Baby Yoga is for babies who aren't crawling yet and moms who are at least 6 weeks post-delivery.
 
 
No previous yoga experience necessary, these classes are perfectly suited for all new moms of all fitness levels.
 
Please be sure to get the go ahead from your healthcare provider before signing up.
 
These community building classes will give you the chance to socialize with other new parents, meet new friends or reconnect with old ones!

This class will be held IN STUDIO where we are following all recommended safety protocol.
 
Are you curious about yoga? This session will show you what to expect from a yoga class and teach you the building blocks of a safe and effective yoga practice.
 
Taking part in a regular yoga practice has many health benefits, from mental well-being, to stress relief, to increasing flexibility and improving your fitness level. (ad no, you do not have to be flexible in your body to do yoga!)
 
You'll learn the meaning of the word yoga, studio etiquette, what to expect from different styles of yoga, how to get in and out of poses properly, and how to modify postures to suit your body and your needs.
 
Naomi Chester will teach you everything you need to know to feel comfortable coming to class and on your yoga mat, so that the next time you're invited to a yoga class, you can breathe easy!
