IN STUDIO IPF Tensegrity Body Repair Series

Would you like to move better? The Tensegrity Body Repair Series opens the layers of the body, assists in healing injuries, and strengthens the core and deep muscles of the body. This therapeutic yoga class is made up of a series of somatic movements that are done lying on your back.

These movements target balancing the fascia of the body and are designed to break down adhesions, rehydrate, tone, strengthen and bring more flexibility and function to the energy network of the body's connective tissue system. When your body is balanced, you're able to move with ease and freedom.

No previous yoga experience required. All levels of fitness and all bodies are welcome.

This class takes place in the studio. Masks are to be worn on the way in and out of class, but are not mandatory during class. Per BC Provincial Health Order, proof of full vaccination will be required for all in-studio classes. Effective on the following dates, all clients aged 12+ who wish to participate in classes at the studio must have:

September 13th: At least one dose of the Covid-19 Vaccination

October 24th: Two doses of the the vaccination

If we are once again forced to close the studio due to higher restrictions, this class will NOT be cancelled. It will be moved to a virtual/online format. Please be prepared for this. No refunds will be given if the studio closes. Your class will continue online.

This class will take place online so you can enjoy it from the comfort and convenience of home. You'll be sent the Zoom code for the class before we start.
