Join us for our Fall Fitness in the Park Series and enjoy a fun FREE workout in the beautiful autumn air!
Workouts are every-other Wednesday in September and October, and are held at Maplewood Heights Park (2078 Beam Avenue).
5:45PM - 6:30PM
There is no cost to attend but you MUST PRE-REGISTER!
Workouts will be full body strength and conditioning and are 45 minutes (modifications will be available). Come one, come all for some family-friendly fitness & fun! YES kiddos are welcome!
