BREATHE, STRETCH AND RELAX
Keeping our growing bodies moving and active during pregnancy is an important step in preparing for the birth of your new little one. Our classes are specifically designed and led by a certified prenatal instructor to ensure you feel safe and guided. Our classes will:
- improve flexibility and strength
- reduce anxiety
- ease pregnancy related aches and pains
- introduce pain coping mechanisms for birth
- create lifelong bonds and friendships with other expecting moms.
All levels of yoga experience and stages of pregnancy are welcome to join at any time.
