Sushama ( Megha) Chitale has been a student at RIMYI, Pune, for over 22 years and currently attends classes with Abhijata and Sunitaji. Sushama has been teaching Senior Citizens and Minor Ailments classes at the RIMYI institute in Pune for more than 10 years as well as Beginners, Intermediate classes and Remedial classes.
She worked very closely with Geeta on the Senior Citizens syllabus, which is of interest to many teachers and students at the moment. We are delighted that Sushama will share her many years of knowledge at The Yoga Extension.
Sushama will teach two sessions at The Yoga Extension. Wednesday and Thursday evenings are General Workshops open to all students and teachers of Iyengar Yoga.
