90-Minute Practice | $15 Per Person
After a day of full plates and full hearts, join us for a special 90-minute Gratitude Flow to refill your cup. Together we’ll rest, digest, and honor the spirit of thankfulness through mindful movement, breath, and reflection.
Rooted in yogic philosophy, this class will explore gratitude not just as a feeling, but as a daily practice—celebrating our bodies, our community, and the joy of simply showing up together on the mat. Expect a balanced flow with space to release, restore, and reconnect to what truly nourishes you.
Come move, breathe, and celebrate the season of togetherness in the best way we know how—through yoga!
As the year winds down and nature turns inward, give yourself
the gift of deep restoration with this seasonal Myofascial Release
workshop focused on the Back Body Lines. In the colder, darker
months, we often contract—physically and energetically. This
session is designed to help you release tension through the
Superficial and Deep Back Lines (spanning the soles of the feet,
calves, hamstrings, spine, and neck), encouraging greater freedom,
upright posture, and inner spaciousness. We'll combine targeted
myofascial release, gentle flow, guided journaling, and an extended
savasana to support your nervous system and prepare your body and
spirit for the stillness and reflection of winter.
Students can expect:
*Guided myofascial release techniques for the back body
• A gentle, grounding vinyasa flow to restore mobility and presence
• A long, cozy savasana with guided meditation and breathwork
• Journaling prompts to support winter reflection and
integration
All props provided. Students receive a 20% discount on RAD
Myofascial Balls to support continued practice at home.
Celebrate the season with a 60-minute Stråla Yoga class set to
cheerful holiday music, designed to help you move with ease and
joy. After class, stick around for a fun 30-minute white elephant
gift exchange! Participants are encouraged to wrap something from
home (or a small item under $25) to keep the exchange lighthearted
and sustainable.
Students can expect to:
1. Move with ease and joy in a full Stråla Yoga class set to
festive holiday music.
2. Connect with your community and share laughs during a playful white elephant gift exchange.
3. Experience stress relief and relaxation during the busy holiday season.
4. Practice sustainability and mindfulness by re-gifting or
sharing something meaningful from home.
Please Remember to bring ~
Yoga mat, comfy clothes, and a second-hand gift that is wrapped and can be exchanged.

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year and the quiet turning toward the light. It’s a time for stillness, reflection, and renewal. Join us for a nourishing two-hour practice that honors this seasonal shift through mindful movement, meditation, and journaling.
We’ll begin with a grounding vinyasa flow to warm the body, then soften into yin yoga to explore deeper layers of release. A guided solstice meditation will help you find clarity and presence, followed by journaling prompts to honor your triumphs, acknowledge challenges, and set intentions for the season ahead.
Come as you are—this workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner light as we step into winter together. Please bring a notebook or journal and a pen.
