Bring the whole family to the
mat for a fun and meaningful hour of movement, play, and
connection. This family-friendly yoga class invites parents and
kids to explore gentle poses, playful partner work, and simple
mindfulness practices that help everyone slow down, breathe deeply,
and enjoy being together. It’s the perfect way to spend an
afternoon strengthening bonds, sharing laughs, and creating
memories you’ll carry long after you roll up your
mat.
Recommended for ages
3+.
Families can expect to:
• Build connection and teamwork through playful partner poses and
shared movement.
• Practice mindfulness together with breath awareness and calming
moments of stillness.
• Create lasting memories while moving, laughing, and relaxing side
by side.
Monthly Meditation Sangha

Sangha means community—and this monthly gathering is an invitation to build a meditation practice together, in a supportive and approachable way. Designed to be beginner-friendly, this experience offers space to learn, explore, and settle into stillness alongside others on a similar path.
Each session includes light discussion, guidance through several meditation styles, and a 10-minute silent meditation to help you integrate the techniques and gain confidence in your own practice. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or looking for consistency and community, this sangha offers a grounding place to return each month.
Participants can expect to:

Healing Sound Bath & Yin Yoga Experience

As we move through the shift of daylight savings time, this deeply restorative experience is designed to help you slow down, ground, and gently recalibrate.
Join us for an immersive evening of Yin Yoga paired with a full healing sound bath, intentionally sequenced to support the nervous system and invite deep release. Long-held yin postures will guide you into the connective tissues, allowing the body to soften while healing sound frequencies wash through the space, supporting rest, relaxation, and renewal.
Throughout the practice, a variety of instruments and sound techniques will be used to create vibrations that resonate through the body, encouraging balance in the mind, body, and spirit. The sound bath will flow alongside the yin sequence, enhancing each posture and creating a layered, meditative experience.
Students can expect to:

Modifications and optional hands-on assists will be offered to support all bodies.

Welcome the energy of spring with intention, movement, and breath. Join Karly for a soulful Yoga Mala practice honoring the Spring Equinox—a sacred moment of balance, renewal, and new beginnings. Together, we’ll explore the meaning behind a yoga mala and the symbolism of the equinox before flowing through 108 Sun Salutations as a moving meditation.
This practice invites you to connect deeply to your breath, set intentions for the season ahead, and mark the transition into longer days and fresh growth. Journaling prompts will help you reflect and plant seeds for what you’re ready to cultivate this spring.
Sun Salutations will be thoughtfully modified and adaptable for all levels. Familiarity with Sun Salutes—or a willingness to modify and move at your own pace—is encouraged.
