Each month Lori be presenting groups of various crystals that are good for the chosen theme. Such as the best 4-5 options for anxiety, healing, manifesting. Etc. Some sessions will showcase unique or rare specisms and all will include mini education. Note taking is encouraged and I will bring various resource books to share. Clients will also be encouraged to bring in stones they may have to learn more information. Open house format but the education will be at the start of the event.

This class is for suicide loss survivors, suicide attempts survivors, and anyone looking to get involved with the cause. A gentle yoga class with simple restorative poses and a focus on the breath. All abilities welcome, no yoga expereince needed. A portion of all sales will go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention Wisconsin who will have a table of mental health resources for anyone who stops by TGY!
