Three Hearts Family Constellation at Two Hearts
with Bruce and Leah Kalish
Are there family issues & dynamics you inherited?
Struggling with fears, anxieties, doubts?
This introduction to Family Constellation work is an opportunity to identify how traumatic events in your family's past could still be impacting you. Research in epigentics and neuroscience confirms that just as hair, eyes, and body type are inherited, so are the emotions, losses, and fears from tragic events and dramatic changes experienced by your family system. All kinds of issues - financial, emotional, and relational - are often rooted in and express your unconscious entanglement with what was too painful, shameful, or heartbreaking for your parents or grandparents to discuss and so left unresolved.
The good news is that when these past events are identified and understood through a systemic perspective, it's possible to disengage from unhealthy patterns, and free yourself and your children from inherited suffering. Come learn how to celebrate and participate in your family system without perpetuating its wounds or traumas.
All are welcome, family, friends, and partners for a kid-free night of restorative yoga to relax and renew. Join Lizzy and Georgina while we focus on relaxing the body in restful postures. Rest is different than sleep. Rest provides the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Countless studies have proven the physical and emotional benefits of this.
Restorative yoga, as well as other forms of yoga, help to trigger the Parasympathetic nervous system also know as the PNS. The PNS is responsible for balancing the body and bringing its response system back into equilibrium.
