Join Yana Yoga's Beginner Yoga Series! Yana is well known for its expansive and deep dive into the all inclusive practice of Yoga! Now offering an incredible new outline, where you will experience each of Yana's teachers weekly and become exposed to even more than ever before!

You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga! 

You become more flexible by doing it. Whether you’re new to yoga, rehabilitating from an injury, returning to practice after time away, or just want to reconnect with the basics, this course is for you! This is a slower paced class dedicated to learning foundational yoga poses and alignment. We will also cover basic anatomy of your* yoga, yogic breathing and relaxation/meditation techniques, vibrational medicine, yin and restroative yoga and more! A series built for every(body)!

Along your journey you will meet Laura, Ellen, Bonnie, and Amy - and deep dive into props, breath, anatomy, asana(postures), meditation, vibrational medicine AND MORE!

Classes are every Wednesday night for 5 weeks, 6:30-8:00PM.

Cost is $80/person.

C(om)e Together- Regulating ourselves & community with vibration and sound

In a chaotic world, we gather to create coherence—within ourselves and the collective field of our community.

cOMe together is a collective sound meditation and vibrational offering.

For one hour, we gather to chant the sacred Sanskrit sound OM (AUM)—the primordial vibration said to underlie all of creation. When many voices repeat the same frequency, something profound happens: the sound moves beyond the mind and into the body, the tissues, the breath, and the space around us.

OM is often described as the sound of wholeness—a vibration that gently guides systems back toward harmony. Through sustained repetition, we invite the nervous system to soften, the mind to settle, and the body to remember its natural rhythm.

The hour will be woven with three spacious ten-minute breaks, allowing time to sit in stillness and soak in the vibrational medicine—to let the resonance integrate, ripple, and land.

In a world that feels loud, fractured, and overstimulated, this offering is an invitation to pause… to attune… and to remember that coherence is possible. Together, we create a field of sound that supports not only personal recalibration, but collective healing as well.

No prior chanting experience is needed. Just your voice, your presence, and your willingness to come together. You are more than welcome to come and join within the creation of the vibration or to just rest and absorb its magic.

What to bring?

Stay comfy. Bring your mat and use as many of our props to make the experience even more cozy. Our Instructor, Samantha, will help you get into a position comfortable for you. Sitting up helps the vibration travel up the spine and out into space a little more freely, but you are more than welcome to assume any position you are drawn to at any given time for this.
