Autumn Koshi Chime & Meditation Sound Bath
Monday, September 8th 6:15-7:15pm Led by Amy Mullen
As the crisp air settles and leaves turn to amber and gold, join us for a grounding sound bath experience attuned to the rhythm of the fall season. Surrounded by the warmth of autumn, we’ll immerse ourselves in the gentle resonance of Koshi chimes—earthy, ethereal tones that echo the rustle of falling leaves and the hush of twilight winds.
This meditative journey invites you to slow down, release, and reflect—just as nature does. Through layered soundscapes of chimes, soft crystal bowls, and mindful stillness, you'll be guided inward to reconnect with your breath, your body, and the quieter truths within.
Let the sounds guide you into deep rest, renewal, and the graceful letting go that autumn teaches us so well.
