Autumn Restorative Yoga: Release & Rebalance
As the seasons shift and nature begins to slow down, join us for a deeply nourishing Autumn Restorative Yoga class designed to help you ground, reflect, and let go. This gentle practice invites stillness and ease, using supportive props to fully relax into each posture. Through long-held, restful poses, guided relaxation and mindful breathwork, we’ll support the body’s natural transition into the quieter rhythms of fall.
Expect soft lighting, cozy props, and a calming atmosphere that encourages introspection, release, and restoration—perfect for shedding layers, both physical and emotional. All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience needed.
Embrace the season of letting go. Come as you are. Leave feeling centered, supported, and renewed.
What is Restorative Yoga?
Restorative yoga is a gentle practice designed to bring the muscles, joints, vital organs, and nervous system back into a natural state of balance and grace. You rest in comfortable, supported positions that balance and restore the body’s energy system. When we slow down we have space to listen and respond appropriately, finding a softer and more grateful side of ourselves.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED $30/PERSON; Wine or tea included.

Join us on Sunday, October 19th from 9-10:15 am, for a heart-centered healing yoga practice dedicated to supporting our dear Yana Mama, Sam. This all-levels gentle flow will guide you through intentional breathwork, mindful movement, and restorative stillness—all designed to cultivate inner peace, strength, and collective compassion.
Led in a spirit of unity and healing, this class offers a sacred space to come together as a community, sending love, energy, and hope to Sam through every breath and posture. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome just as you are.
All proceeds will go directly to support Sam’s healing journey. Come move with purpose, breathe with love, and hold space for a friend who needs us now more than ever.

CLASS PASSES APPLY!
Led by Candlelight, we will move from a very gentle flow to holding the postures for longer periods of time. With the additional support of props, we will allow ourselves to surrender more fully to the moment and mat, making way for a deeper stretch and releasing deep layers of tension stored the body.
This class provides you with an opportunity explore the slow movement, getting deeper in a posture, allowing the channels of energy to open and your heart and mind to take a sigh of relief as the afternoon fades to night.. The soft, calming candlelight helps the mind to quiet focusing on stretching and mindful breath.
