This class is ideal for those trying to maintain their independence. It is taught by Marta, a Physiotherapist, who will make the class challenging, yet safe. She will take you through a series of exercises to help you improve flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and body awareness. This will ultimately lead to a higher level of function and better quality of life.

Prenatal Pilates will help prepare your body for all of the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth, and becoming a mother. It teaches strength and stamina, as well as body awareness and breath control, invaluable tools during labor and delivery. Instructor, Lauren, is a trained Pelvic Health Physiotherapist who will guide you through a series of appropriate exercises depending on the stage of your pregnancy and wil make necessary modifications to best suit your needs.
