Step onto your mat to start the new year with intention and
presence. You will have the space to mindfully release what no
longer serves you and reconnect with your inner wisdom as you enter
into 2026.
The session will begin with reflection on the past year, followed
by a guided ritual to set down what you’re ready to leave behind.
Move through a somatic practice, breathwork, and a
beginner-friendly yoga flow to help release stagnant energy,
balance strength with softness, and reconnect the body to its
natural rhythm. The workshop concludes with a restorative practice
and guided meditation to integrate the experience and set
intentions for the new year.
Each element supports transforming the lessons of 2025 into
stepping stones for your path in 2026.
In this session we'll discuss things to know immediately after birth (stages baby goes through in first hour, newborn procedures and things to consider), early bonding and how to facilitate, newborn states of consciousness (how knowing this helps with breastfeeding), importance of skin-to-skin, how to make transition from hospital to home.

This 4 week series is ideal for adults with their babies ages six weeks to pre-crawling. Mom + baby bonding yoga class will help support you through the early months of caring for a new baby in community with other new moms. This bonding class for moms + babies, and moms with other moms focuses on strengthening the spiritual, emotional, and physical bond between postpartum moms and their new baby. All postures for mom will be responsive to the needs of the postpartum body. Class also includes comforting infant massage and various exercises that assist the development of your child’s motor skills.
Rest assured - you will be able to attend to all of your babies (and your own needs) during class. Baby may need to eat, may be fussy, may have a diaper blowout. It's all good - we're here for you and we'll make it all work.
NOTE: All registrants for this series will receive one courtesy class to be used for any yoga class on our regular schedule. We get that life is unpredictable with an infant and that you may need to miss one class in the series. Hopefully this gives moms the flexibility to make it up with a class on our regular schedule.

Hailed by Harvard Medical School as “Medication in Motion,” Tai Chi and Qi Gong are valued as preventative practices for many health problems, including joint pain, muscle tension, anxiety, insomnia and more. This 4 week series is designed to improve balance and coordination. Beginners are welcome! Beginner classes are planned and structured so students are introduced to important Tai Chi principles, through symmetrical short forms, with the goal of learning the 10 Step form. At the end of the series, we will enjoy a restorative Savasana with Acupuncture, followed by a delicious Chai Tea.
Grief is a natural, normal, human response to loss. While grieving is most often associated with the death of a loved one, it is important to note that grief comes in all shapes and sizes. Any type of loss can elicit a grief response (loss of loved one, job, home, the life you once had). If you are experiencing grief of any kind, please know that you are not alone.
This monthly offering will have a relevant theme each month. Led by Emily, you will learn how grief affects the body and the mind, and how yoga helps to regulate the nervous system. Each session will explore different tools to help you navigate your grief, including but not limited to: an active yoga practice, a softer yoga practice, pranayama breathing techniques, and guided meditations.
What to expect: We will begin our time together with tea and conversation to bridge connection. Next, we will go over the tools and practices that will be explored that evening. The remainder of our time together will consist of about an hour of yoga to care for your grief and time to honor who/what you have lost.
Once you step into the room, everything is optional. There is no obligation to participate. Grief shows up differently day to day, and we deeply honor your needs. You can simply arrive and rest on your mat to be in community with other grievers, as you listen and visualize the movements/techniques in your mind. Tears are always welcome and tissues will be provided.
Come as you are. There is a place for you here.
Please Note: This workshop is not a replacement for individual therapy and counseling.
Testimonial:
The class really met the need for support and a feeling of community for people going through loss. I thought the session was really nicely facilitated with thoughtfulness and grace - just lovely. Emily was terrific - compassionate, caring, supportive and down to earth, really met the needs of all of us in session.
