Over the course of 2 sessions, we will practice some effective techniques that help you manage labor contractions and remain centered, relaxed and focused. Your partner will learn a handful of supportive, hands-on techniques that offer comfort and assistance for you while helping your partner feel more informed and prepared as well. We will practice breath, movements, propping, the mental aspects of labor, and how to employ a more meditative approach.
