A workshop series for those women who give everything to their loved ones, work, and their communities, but struggle with finding time or space to slow down and truly nourish themselves. They are tired of feeling disconnected from their bodies and out of touch with what they truly need.
Self Care Sundays, a monthly mini-wellness retreat, helps these women cultivate the resilience and tools they need to reset, revive, and thrive. Each session combines somatic practices, mindful movement and creative exercises to teach embodied tools designed to regulate the nervous system and find genuine restoration, not just surface level relaxation. All of this takes place in a supportive community with like-minded women. Each month will focus on a different theme and/or wellness tool that you can take into your daily life.
