In this session we'll discuss things to know immediately after birth (stages baby goes through in first hour, newborn procedures and things to consider), early bonding and how to facilitate, newborn states of consciousness (how knowing this helps with breastfeeding), importance of skin-to-skin, how to make transition from hospital to home.
