Prolonged sitting and repetitive
movement patterns can contribute to what is often termed Dead Butt
Syndrome—a condition characterized by gluteal inhibition, altered
biomechanics, and increased strain on surrounding joints and
tissues.
In less technical terms: your glutes have been on an extended
vacation… and other muscles have been picking up the slack
(poorly).
This 3-part instructional series (2 hours per session) is designed
to address these issues through a structured, evidence-informed
approach focused on restoring proper neuromuscular function—and
getting your glutes to finally do their job again.
What the series will cover:
• Why your glutes “turned off” (and why your lower back is annoyed
about it)
• How to identify sneaky compensations in the hips and pelvis
• Targeted activation strategies so you can actually feel your
glutes working
• Progressive strength and mobility work to make the changes
stick
Program details:
• 3 sessions, 2 hours each
• Small group format (so no hiding in the back pretending you feel
it)
• Practical, hands-on instruction
Who this is for:
• Desk workers and professional sitters
• People with recurring hip, knee, or lower back discomfort
• Anyone tired of doing squats and feeling literally everything
except their glutes
Space is limited to ensure a high level of instruction (and to keep
things from turning into a glute support group).
Your glutes may be quiet—but they haven’t given up on you yet.
