For those who would like to create space in the mind, improve sleep & relaxation & learn how to set up or re-ignite a regular Mindfulness & Meditation practice both formally & simply in daily life.
You will be lead through weekly guided Mindfulness & Meditation sessions
You will be supported by at least 3 Teachers , who are qualified Yoga Teachers &/or who are proceeding further alng the path to deepen their specialisation & certiffication levels . You will also be supported & have an opportunity for Q&A time with the guidance of Seniour Teacher , Mentor & Trainer , Tammy Williams whilst she is Overseeing her Co-Teachers during their Mentorship Program as part of this 5 Week Program
