Life is busy. For most of us, we are multi-tasked and multi-focused on more than just our own personal life. It is easy to find ourselves out of balance and not paying attention to important areas of your life. By looking at a visual representation of all areas of your life at once, the wheel helps you better understand which of your life areas are flourishing and which ones need the most work. Understanding what happiness is and becoming conscious of it allows us to take active measures in your life. A scientist, a person who has taken an NLP training, a person who has done a life coach training and certification course, each have a different perspective. Neuro-linguistic programming is a way of changing someone's thoughts and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes for them.

 

This workshop will incorporate the Life Wheel, a concise yoga practice to develop a home yoga practice for home or when traveling

 

Chris Coleman is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Yoga Therapist with International Association of Yoga Therapists and is owner of the Yoga Forest studio in Forest Lake.  

Kelli Carlson is a Certified Yoga Instructor, SUP Yoga Instructor and Global NLP(Neuro-linguistic Programming) Life Coach.  

Global NLP is currently the most hands-on, powerful methodology available in the world of coaching. It gives specific techniques, patterns, communication tools and the ability to design custom patterns which are customizable to the clients' coaching sessions. It also offers the ability to design techniques that will help clients resolve issues of the past, negative beliefs and limitations in the present, as well as to set-up the brain in a way that it can propel itself into the future. It works on a thinking, emotion, behavioral, conscious and unconscious level. This is unchartered territory in other coaching modalities that have a more goal-setting and life-project management focus.
