Deep Melt: Yin Yoga workshop

Melt away stress after a long week with this delicious yin
practice. We will be using the support of the wall to facilitate an
extra sweet release. Known as the quiet practice, Yin Yoga targets
the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine and aims
to increase joint circulation and flexibility. Yin postures are
held for three to five minutes which gives the body an opportunity
to open and release tension from deeper tissues.
