This playful yoga series is designed to spark imagination, creativity, and joy in little ones! Each class blends movement, music, storytelling, and mindfulness to create a fun and engaging experience. Children will explore yoga through songs, dance, partner poses, breath work, and relaxation—building connection, curiosity, and confidence along the way.

In today’s fast-paced world full of screens and distractions, yoga offers kids a chance to slow down, connect with themselves, and build confidence through mindfulness, creativity, and movement.
This series is designed to support youth at the start of their yoga journey in a safe, welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, self-expression, and relaxation. Over the 6 weeks, Jen will introduce students to different styles of yoga—including hatha, rope wall, restorative, chair, and more—always in an age-appropriate and engaging way.
Each class also includes fun activities such as crafts, games, and meaningful group conversations to help kids feel connected and supported.
We’re excited to welcome young people into our community and share the joy of yoga with them!
