This studio has changed my life ! Menopause was slowly destroying me...I had tried everything..nothing has helped more than yoga, nothing!! The serenity of the studio,  the warm, inviting atmosphere and the lovely instructors only add to this perfect studio!! Highly recommend!!!

This Summer, join Jessica Hill for Movement for Mamas - a 6 Week Series combining stretching, stroller fit, and mindful connection. Bring your baby, stroller, and yoga mat to Joe Sams Leisure Park (752 Centre Rd) in Waterdown where we will meet each Thursday morning to stretch and strengthen while your baby either snoozes in the stroller or watches mama move!

 

Suitable for 6 weeks postpartum and onward. Modifications are suggested for early postpartum mamas.

Join Jessica Hill for this 6 Week Prenatal Yoga Series designed to transform your pregnancy journey! In this series, we will combine birth affirmations with yoga postures sequenced to support your ever changing body. Discussions with other expecting mamas will help you connect to the shared experience of pregnancy.

Core Stability and Stretch for the Low Back

Deep yet gentle strengthening to bring more stability and comfort throughout the day

This four week series, run by Devon Honywill, is intended for people of all levels who experience low back pain either during fitness activities or periodically throughout the day.

The classes will be run informally with opportunities to ask questions in order to ensure proper engagement and alignment throughout the strengthening and stretching components. Learning to engage the muscles of the deep core can be extremely challenging and does require proper guidance.

This series is being kept to a small number of participants, which will allow for everyone to progress effectively and find their deep core muscles while attending other fitness or yoga classes. Classes will progress so that participants first learn how to engage their core before moving on to more advanced sequences that will challenge the core and pelvic stability. As well, all classes will be broken up by periods of rest with time to stretch and create space in the low back.

Particpants will end the series feeling stronger and with tools to use in everyday life, allowing you to move safely as well as ways to relax the low back when you are experiencing discomfort.

It is recommended to attend all 4 classes to get the most benefits and learn from the beginning.

MOGA™ Mom and Baby Yoga is coming to Waterdown!

Join postnatal yoga specialist, Jessica Hill for this 6 week series of MOGA™ Mom and Baby Yoga classes designed to support your postpartum body's healing journey. Each week we will engage in meaningful discussions about motherhood followed by a yoga practice with exercises chosen to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor muscles.

Your baby joins you for this practice and will be engaged in a sensory experience with songs and movement. That being said, if your baby is napping let them relax while you enjoy a well deserved stretch! This class is an inclusive and relaxed environment where you are free to pause and nurture your baby while also enjoying the healing and strengthening benefits of yoga.
