Very kind workers and instructor is great. Exercises and stretches are good for Me to do because of my back pain, I am enjoying going Mondays.

Absolutely beautiful classes. The spinal class is a life saviour for me and the teachers are so amazing I have even had a little tears in my eyes from the “letting go.” Thank you!

I’m so impressed with every aspect.  I am happy and ever so grateful.  I plan to try as many different classes and instructors to find my best fit.  So far that is proving to be difficult because I have loved it all.    thank you

I've  enjoyed this past 2 weeks as I have been attending the spinal rejuvenation sessions. I've notice an increase in Flexibility throughout the exercises and have noticing less discomfort in my lower back as I might have had from my daily work activities. I will be paying more attention to my back as this appears that it might
 be the main contributor for the improvement.

Just coming to the end of my one-month introductory period after being away from yoga for 6 years.
Great studio with great teachers. Very glad to be back at it so signed up for the monthly auto renewal.

I love this gem of a studio. Such a nice, calming space and such lovely instructors. My first few classes have been with Cheri and she is wonderful. All of her classes feel like lessons on self-care, loving yourself and being grateful for and gentle with the body. Very timely for me. I’m really happy to have found this place and I look forward to trying out more classes and meeting all the instructors.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the great variety of classes. The instructors are very helpful and competent. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I’m looking forward to building my practice at Yogashala.

I am loving Yogashala!  After my beloved yoga teacher of 15 years retired during the pandemic, I couldn’t find the right yoga studio or classes for me.  I was on a quest to find the right blend of relaxation/meditated movement and strength building in a Hatha style, with enough of a mix plus a zoom option.  Yogashala checks all those boxes and so much more.  I am one week into a monthly trial offer and I am hooked.  The teachers are amazing and their zoom offering allows me to practice regularly while still working full time.  I am very grateful Yogashala is keeping the zoom classes because some studios have abandoned this which is a shame.  I never thought I could practice yoga daily with such a high quality studio until I retired… and here we are  .  My only wish would be adding another 630 am offering and a later class on Wednesday nights on the zoom platform.  I love Yogashala and highly recommend this fantastic studio.  Namaste

I love Yogashala! The staff are friendly and very helpful. I never feel intimidated here. Everyone is accepted at whatever level they are!
