Very much enjoying this studio after my first week. The staff are so friendly and very welcoming, feel comfortable right away. They are very encouraging (tried SUP for the first time and love it!!). I really enjoy how the classes are run with no pressure yet very encouraging to try different levels of poses as our comfort levels allow with the use of props and suggestions for more advanced moves to challenge myself.
Louise has been a fitness instructor for over 18 years. She has enjoyed coaching and encouraging participants both in the water and on land. Louise decided to participate in yoga about 8 years ago for her own enjoyment and well being. Three years ago,she took the plunge and joined YTT at Yogashala to become an instructor. Since completing the program, Louise has enjoyed teaching chair yoga and gentle yoga for beginners and is very excited to introduce this Yogaboard class to the Yogashala community.
