The seniors Kung Fu classes are the best. Much more flexibility, balance, strength and ease of movement are the physical benefits. And what is such great additional value is that I have much more confidence in public. We are taught options to get out of dangerous situation, move with assurance and how to defend ourselves in the best way possible. And Master Chow really is a master in adapting the classes to our different levels with patience and decades of mastery. And above all he cares about us and does his work with love and enthusiasm. I highly recommend the senior Kung Fu classes at Tat Wong. The best!
