On her Physiotherapists suggestion, Jacqueline tried yoga to strengthen and develop muscles. There she met with a remarkable yoga therapist who started Jacqueline on her path to recovery and helped to rebuild her sense of self; and reconnect her body, brain and spiritual experiences.
It was after this connection that Jacqueline started on her path getting stronger and healthier in mind, body and soul.
In 2015, Jacqueline completed her 200 HR YTT in Rishikesh, India. Continuing with her studies for the next year, Jacqueline successfully completed her Yoga therapist certification C-IAYT, working one on one with clients, assisting in rehabilitation and recovery of injury, pain or trauma. Identifying the work and care needed to recover just as she did, many years ago.
Jacqueline teaches many yoga styles and modalities such as Pilates, Barre and Kickboxing.
Jacqueline loves to work with new and existing members and revels in the energy of others.
