I came to yoga when I was just 18 years old. As a former dancer I was naturally drawn to yoga and all it has to offer. I completed my 200 hour teacher training in Hawaii in 2010, and I completed Baron Baptiste’s level 1 training in 2012. Both experiences were life changing and I am extremely grateful for those opportunities.
Yoga helps calm my mind, ease my anxiety, and is essential for me to be the best mom I can be to my beautiful girl, Aria.
I teach a playful vinyasa flow practice that is both challenging and fun. I love the fluidity of vinyasa, working on both strength and flexibility and playing around with different variations. I look forward to seeing you on your mat!
