Nicole began her yoga journey in 2007, using it as a tool to
cope with depression and anxiety. Quickly experiencing the mental,
emotional and physical benefits, Nicole fell in love with the
practice.
Wanting to share this passion and opportunity for change,
Nicole received her certification in 2012.
